Hotel Moonstone De Luxury

Overall experience is Wonderful. Location is good in Rajbagh locality, near to the city centre yet very quiet location. Hospitality is very good, staff always greet with smile and is responsive to every ask of the customer. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable Amenities provided are also good in the room Main thing is that hotel is centrally heated with heated beds also that increases the comfort in the main winter season. Food provided during stay is good with limited options however the same is justified having very limited resources available. Hotel can improve in the breakfast menu as the buffet breakfast is very limited and is not matching with each other.

Nice and cozy rooms, very neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and humble and they will personally look after accommodating you and will make you feel comfortable. I opted for their package which included breakfast and dinner and I must say that the food they serve is really delicious and well prepared, also they serve you multi state cuisines with some Kashmiri specialities. I am much satisfied with everything for my overall stay.

The hospitality was just like a 5 star. Management was so polite and helpful. Special mention to mr md. Sideer the for taking care of our needs from food to cabs everything was arranged on time with minimal rates our trip went so smooth.Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed in Hotel Moon Stone De Luxury for 5 days and 6 nights. The hotel location was good as it's located in Raj bagh. Rooms are near & clean and spacious. Equipped with bed heater and warm water was available 24*7. House keeping was good. Staffs were very gentle and extremely well behaved. Food was hygienic and tasty. Overall it was a pleasure staying in Hotel Moon Stone De Luxury.

Excellent staff with cozy hosting. The hotel was a perfect stay for our holiday in Kashmir. Zubair sir has been too kind and concerned staff from the hotel.Supported us with 24*7 assistance. Would recommend it to all. Thank you team

Stayed as couple and experience has been very good. Room, Food & Heating system has been good. Only issue was with odd shape bed with one end protruding outside, which is risky and you may fall with it.

It's a very nice hotel to stay here in srinagar near Rajbaag with family and friends.|We stay here through Raja and Raj travel include with including breakfast and dinner. Hotel property and ambiance is nice. hotel staff are well behaviour and polite.
