Very good hotel with renovated rooms...with good facilities of hot water and room heater. Owner is kind hearted and his staff also very good and supportive. Location is also good. Food was delicious.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would because when I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn’t have a room for me despite me sending them a message to make sure my booking for three nights was confirmed to which I received a message that said YES. I booked on booking.com. If you aren’t going to accept the booking, take your hotel off booking.com. Disrespectful.

Although it's situated at an adequate location, the service is cumbersome. No cleanliness, rude behaviour. Better to go some other hotel

worst experience with this hotel even not able to handle 50 person at a time, behaviour of staff and owner was very rude they are counting how many roti are you eating, Also room of hotel was not as good as shown in online and not cleaned regularly, I Will not advice any one to come to this hotel

Hotel modern is best property in Srinagar ,I stayed 4nights with family every thing is good and managed properly, by management and staff is good and helpful and manager is very cooperative
