Welcome residency is a good hotel. Its rooms are very good, clean and the bathrooms are also very good. I liked the services here very much. I liked the hotel employees very much, who have given me good service on time. Therefore, I am very grateful to the manager who has given me a good plan and has also provided a car in this hotel

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful from the start. When I checked in, I had to wait for ages, and the receptionist was completely disinterested. To make matters worse, I witnessed two staff members having a loud argument in the lobby, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel is poorly managed and not worth the money. I won’t be staying here again.

I had an extraordinary experience at this splendid hotel located in the heart of Srinagar. Comfy and cozy bed, quite environment and clean toilet. I recommend this hotel to all this looking to enhance their experience in Srinagar. Thanks to the managers Zahoor & Maqbool for embracing me with open arms.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. A particularly delightful feature was the heated beds—perfect for unwinding after a long day—and additional heaters were available upon request at a small extra cost. The bathrooms are spotless, and there’s always a steady supply of hot water, which is a great convenience. The service here is exceptional. The reception staff, in particular, are warm, courteous, and always eager to assist with a smile. They genuinely go out of their way to ensure every guest feels at home, which really sets this place apart. I’d highly encourage future guests to tip the service staff—it’s a small gesture that can truly brighten their day. The food was excellent as well—flavorful and perfectly prepared, offering something for everyone’s palate. Another highlight is the ample parking space, a luxury many hotels in the area don’t provide. Additionally, the location is ideal—INOX is just around the corner, and Lal Chowk is conveniently located about 3 km away. Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. This hotel provides not only comfort and great amenities but also outstanding hospitality. I would definitely come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The best people , the best and tasty food i would say. I am from west india and the food i ate there was THE BEST of all. Specially the people are good be behaviour , helpful , hardworking and cute. I would genuinely ask the owner to increase their salaries cause they left there homes and came here to serve you and me.

Cleaning was well maintained, staff was very humble and caretaking ,all basic amenities were provided like heating bed, electric heater,FOOD QUALITY OF YELLOW DAL AND TAWA ROTI WAS BEST 😋, HOT WATER, JHELUM RIVER VIEW ,, MR. LONE WAS NICE TO TALK , DISCUSSED HISTORIC TOPICS WITH HIM,, I FOUND RAFIQ BHAI SENSITIVE AND POLITE TO US, MR. GH MOHUDIN SHOWED A GOOD ROOM TO US.

Nice experience but little bit inside from main road. Electric blanket and geaser is there for stay warm. If you look a hotel under 2k then it is best for you.

Great location! In the heart of Srinagar.. The staff and service is excellent! We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the hotel. Ask for Gulzar bhai, he took great care of us, made sure our food and drinks and service was top rate!
