· First time I visited in kashmir before visit I think about kashmir bad thought but literally it's opposite to my thoughts every person helpful n politely Hotel savera Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Specially a polite manager( Mr. Mudassir sahab was extremely good person). All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time One more thing specially mujhe aisa lga ki mai apne ghar Aaya hu Sabhi bhaiyo ka bhut pyar mila Alhamdulillah

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Specially a polite manager( Mr. Rauf Dar behaviour was extremely good). All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.I will definitely visit you again.

Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, what else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Everything looked really new when we were there.Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well.The staff was really helpful and courteous. thank you for every thing we were very happy in our stay at savera inn every thing was excelent if I come back to Srinagar your hotel will be my "FIRST" choise.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Our travel agency arranged the stay, but we had to change the hotel very next day. Rooms are very shabby. Most of the time no one was available in the reception. There was no basis cleanliness in the entire hotel e.g. floor were never deep cleaned, could find multiple shoe spots in the wall, there was no basic hygiene in the dining area, could find people spat pan on the wall of dining area, the table and the table cloth for food distribution was very dirty, food was below average etc. The most horrible part of our one night stay was we got the room just beside the staff toilet. Horrible smell was coming from the toilet and we couldn’t sleep whole night. The windows don’t lock properly, so cold breeze was coming inside the room whole night. Next day while leaving I gave all the my feedback to the Manager.
