Hotel Singh Axis

They broke our umbrella that was placed in the lobby. They opened a spray bottle I had put seal packed in the bathroom and when confronted, denied. A loss of more than the price we paid to this hotel. Poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. THEY OPEN YOUR LUGGAGE.

I'm here tonight...let me tell everyone one thing...this is mark of humanity...their hospitality is osm.their rooms are neat and clean,staff is polite and decent receptionists,security,cleaner that chotu... And chefs.special accumulation for drivers also....I wish them best of luck may almighty bless them with happiness and prosperity...for owner I have a message...sir it's my kind request please take care of your staff bcoz u have got the best man power I have never seen before... inshaallah I ll be back here. Totally happy with the service and rooms. Food was tasty. Restaurant guys serve food with in no time. Committing is no problem as auto stand is nearby.

Very bad experience!!! No water bottles in the room, kettle and cups are in the room.. as its mostly complimentary .. interesting part is breakfast is complimentary with three options system.. tea/ parantha/ juice or tea/ bread Omelet/ juice or tea/ puri with aloo/juice and cannot ask more or any other options...so worst experience...They even denied a glass of milk for baby!! So heartless and pathetic!! Good part: Hot water coming in washroom, Room is big.

While returning from Pahalgham to our home, we stay at Hotel Singh Axis in Udhampur. The rooms are good and in budget. In dinner I ordered Mutton dish and it’s one of the best mutton I had. The staff is polite. The owner of hotel is great personality and soft spoken.
