I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is good and has swimming pool, a small water park for kids which has slides that kids had enjoyed a lot and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The in-house restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options at breakfast. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or room service, everyone was courteous and attentive. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The reality was far from what was promised. The food quality was very poor, and the staff consistently behaved rudely. One of the most frustrating issues was the inconsistent room tariff. We were initially charged a higher rate, and when we later inquired about booking additional rooms, we were quoted a significantly lower price. Although we were assured that the difference would be adjusted, this never happened — instead, we were pressured to pay more. Room service was unavailable throughout our stay, and no staff were present to assist with luggage. Guests were left to carry their own bags, which was particularly difficult given the frequent power cuts and the lift being out of service for most of our visit. This caused significant inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility concerns. To add to the poor experience, the hotel manager was unprofessional and rude, and at one point, a staff member abruptly disconnected a call by slamming the phone. Overall, this was a terrible stay, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First trip to wave. Good experience. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Food is tasty and has good variety in the cuisine. Breakfast spread was ok. Crowd is good 👍🏻 Nice place to take a break for weekend or some holiday. Suggestion: To have stay plus American plan of food can be a good deal for visitors. Swimming pool is overloaded, can have another pool just for families and kids.

The wave international is hands down the best location for a staycation or weddings or any other events. Hosted my brother’s wedding here and i will say DREAMS CAME TRUE. The guest were in awe of everything food, decor, management and service. Priyanshu was the wedding planner, he made sure everything happens the right way. He did everything from the starting till the end without any complains. Him and his team were absolutely commendable. Do give them a chance for your dream wedding.

Very nice location. Good food Very dirty pool, guests are not following pool hygiene and no one is bothered to keep a check. No one taking mandatory shower or wearing costume before entering the pool.Construction work going on inside making thinks even worst.

Our stay at the hotel was a letdown. They failed to deliver on their promises, and the experience was marred by subpar food, rude staff, and inconsistent room rates. We were initially quoted a higher rate, but when booking additional rooms, the staff quoted a lower rate, assuring us the difference would be adjusted – which never happened. Instead, they demanded more payment. Basic services like room service and luggage assistance were nonexistent, and guests had to carry their own bags. Frequent power outages and a malfunctioning lift added to the frustration, particularly for those with mobility issues. The final straw was the manager's rude behavior and a staff member abruptly ending a call. The room lock was also damaged, highlighting the hotel's lack of attention to detail. To make matters worse, as we were checking out, the hotel staff demanded extra money from the caterer's vendors, forcing them to wait for two hours before allowing them to leave. This unprofessional behavior was the culmination of a disappointing stay, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a horrible experience for my wedding reception. The staff gave us horrible rooms where the bathroom was leaking,water dribbling, rooms were so dusty. Looked like we were in a 1 star hotel. No towels, no slippers. None of the staff was helpful. We didn't even use 10 rooms of theirs due to construction happening on the floor and yet we didn't even get our money reimbursed. Total scammers. Very disappointed. Food was equally bad and unhygienic. My friends ended up with diarrhea. This place should def be shut down

The foremost I want to appreciate Anu kumari , Nupu who were at reception, they were really nice and they had one unique skills on how to manage guests and treat in a very loyal and in a very charming way. I appreciate their effort and skills which they posses within them. Coming to next about the hotel which is very awesome and the location is so much mesmerising and quality of service is really nice. In terms of privacy it's excellent. Overall I enjoyed a lot in all the activities and I am really satisfied in all the ways.
