Hotel Aadditayaa International

Such a worst experience at my own city. I had my engagement ceremony over here and would never recommend this place to anyone. Staff were very polite and cooperative at the beginning of booking and after taking the first advance payment they started declining everything that was decided, whether it was related to decoration or anything. On the day of engagement they have not cleaned and gave proper service & essential in the rooms and charged full for each room. They decorated the hall with few balloons and just decorated a stage as if it was birthday party for a 2 year old. It was so bad, and the worst they served dal chawal and not the menu which was decided. And even worst they kept all the rest of the food and the cake which we got for ourselves. They just ate our money and nothing else. We were so humiliated. Would never recommend anyone this place.

Limited item of breakfast and no buffet. I went to restaurant for breakfast then it was too durty and i ask for breakfast then he told your breakfast is not complimentary so go and ask to reception. After confirming from reception they confirmed but they told you will get only idli & wada today we have this only. Even i don't like idli and wada i don't have any option. On goibibo it's not mentioned any where that there will be no buffet or fixed menu and Limited food. Reception lady told in bokaro no hotel surve buffet breakfast. I always stay in Reliance hotel they have buffet and nice ambient of restaurant with polite staff. In room no phone to order to call to anyone. T.v also not working. No hangers for cloth. Water Glass were dirty. I didn't sleep full night because of mattress was too hard.

The service is extremely slow and if it is requested the hotel staff behaviour is offending. It doesn't seem like a hotel stay and seems more like self service here. The female receptionist here exhibits a negative attitude even if you are asking for hot drinking water. And the staff person's behaviour is very poor. The basic room service is very slow and the cleanliness of the rooms is also not upto the mark.

Stayed in this hotel for a night. Bokaro has very few options. Only benefit is if your are catching Volvo bus to Kolkata this is ideal. Food quality was not upto mark. Room was spacious but not very clean. The washroom was not well kept. The good thing was that people were friendly

Room service is pathetic. Change 3 room due to AC not working anymore. Morning breakfast also average Even they charge 12% tax over the tariff. Horrible experience Never visit again

Stayed overnight while attending a wedding. Hence, did not spend much time at the hotel. Decent rooms. Located centrally at city centre(Known to autowalas). Room service is very slow. Room was spacious and clean.
