Very Bad Experience at your hotel Our stay at Hotel Lord Shiva was a really bad decision. When I checked in, a staff member told us the price from morning to evening and we were OK with that . But then a different staff member tried to charge us more at checkout time. We asked them to call the first staff member to sort it out, but they said that person "wouldn't pick up the call." This was very frustrating and just not okay. Your hotel's pricing was confusing, and the staff didn't help us fix the problem and behaviour was 3rd class. It was a very unprofessional experience. I had a terrible time and won't recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.

We were charged Rs. 2500 for the stay. Before going to the temple, we had clearly asked the hotel staff whether a 1–2 hour late checkout would be chargeable, and they assured us it would be manageable and free of extra charges. However, when we returned around 5 PM, we asked for food and were rudely denied, and the staff misbehaved with us. Despite this, we managed to arrange our own food, ate, packed our bags, and were ready to check out by 6:30 PM. To our shock, the hotel demanded an additional Rs. 1500 for just 1.5 hours of late checkout – which is more than half of the original room rate for a full day! The behavior of the hotel owner was extremely unprofessional. He spoke rudely, showed no courtesy towards guests, and completely ignored the earlier commitment made by his own staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, lack of hospitality, and untrustworthy behavior. He experienced a lot of bad things and treated us very badly. If you feel like you are looting then go to any hotel, check out time, if you are late by 1 or half hour, no hotel charges for the whole day, but in this 1 star hotel, we were charged for the whole day from our pass and the service was absolutely rubbish, or the mattress did not even give us a beggar, there was no hot water in the wash room or even pine water, we were charged or the honor and staff. You don't know how to talk to a guest, that's why I suggest you to spend the night in a car, but don't waste your money in the hotel.

Very rough behavior of the staff. Dirty blanket was first refused to get change. TV was kept off Geyser was made on after request. No parking.Very far from baba tample. Fully paisa ki barbadi if you stay there. One star is For cleaniness.

I had a very bad stay in the executive room (so-called best room) in the hotel last week. Please book this hotel only when you don't have any other option. Pros: 1. Ample parking space (roadside) 2. Power backup Cons: 1. Most of the lights were not working. On complaining, they said. They don't put the light because in the past guests stole lights. 2. There was no phone in the room to call room service. I have experienced the worst room services. You need to go to reception every time to ask for room services, and they took a lot of time to do any task. 3. There was no person for cleaning the room (they said the cleaning person is in holiday). Employees of the hotel were untrained and unprofessional. There were no toiletries, bedsheet was dirty. Even after requesting multiple times, they haven't changed the sheet. 4. Bathroom showers were not working. On calling staff, they even don't understand what is the shower, forget about fixing it. Later we ourselves remove the shower cleaned the dust inside and fixed it. 5. They have a central switch for ac. Even if you take the ac room. you need to call them (multiple times) to switch on the ac. Also, they don't provide you the ac remote. you need to call them to adjust the temperature, as in our room the buttons were not working. 6. If you order tea/coffee you need to follow up multiple times, then they will deliver you the tea in 1 hour. 7. far away from the main city.

The hotel is located on National Highway 333, close to Mayurakshi river. Jasidih Station is 4.3 kms to the west, Baba Dham is 3.2 kms to the east and Satsang Ashram is 2.2 kms to the south, makes it centrally located. As it's on the highway, auto rickshaw and cycle rickshaw is available all time of the day. Hotel has a nice front desk and restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel is very neat and clean. The owner made sure that they should provide nice service to the guests. The restaurant usually takes 1 hour to prepare food, so make sure to order early to avoid disappointment. They may have several items listed on their menu, however you may not get it always. Food is good and staff is helpful. Unfortunately there is no wi-fi in the hotel. Overall awesome stay.
