Sai shivam hotel and restaurant

Strictly not recommended...only the breakfast is good but after that I went their for lunch ..I didn't like staffs behaviour also I ordered chana masala half plate at a price of 70 rs and they given me a very less portion size as in sauce plates ..less than a quarter plate over priced food ...even thali rates are also overpriced you can easily get veg normal thali at 50 60 rs but they are selling it in nearby 200 ....and also during bill payment the staffs stands asked harshly for tip amount that's truly pathetic because tips are given as per service and comfort not as you demand for it.

Hotel owner behavior is not good . Today I booked a room after visiting deoghar temple goen to basikinath Hotel manager says yes you can come after visit and stay up to your time 12AM. But when we come he refuse and demand money for other booking. He is cheating all innocent people. His Hotel service is very bad.

The food was not good. I have ordered chhole bhature but the chhole were very oily and the bhature were not properly cooked. They also do not had lassi. The place was also not clean. They also did not have cold water to drink. They gave normal water which was infact lukewarm. The location is good but service was dull. Overall not a good experience.

Hotel is really economic. I gave 3 stars only beacause the bathroom of the hotel rooms were not clean enough. Other than that it was good. Restaurant deserves 4 stars. Tasty food at an amazingly affordable price. Perfectly cooked and healthy free from excess oil and spices. Dosa was really good at Rs.70. The General Thali was great at only Rs. 100 with an ample amount of rice, dal, bhujiya, sabji, papad, pickles. Overall both the hotel and restaurant are fair. Do give them a try but before you check-in don't forget to check the bathroom for cleanliness. Bonus point is that it is located extremely close to the temple.
