Vioray Inn

Everything was good but the most important thing was customer service and management was not at all good. We booked Vioray for our wedding and on the wedding day itself that did not take care of anything and instead disconnected the electricity without even informing in the middle of the function. The receptionist was very rude and did not even take care of guests reaching out there. Because of their behaviour we had to leave Vioray in 1 day itself even after pre booking of 2 days. 3 star is just for their rooms and locality, else I would not prefer giving even 1 star.

Mr. Jagarnath Kumar was our server, and he was most polite and helpful. Even the little demands such as only cucumber and carrots in the salad were taken care of. Really appreciated it, and will definitely visit again when in town !

Vioray Inn is a really nice place to stay, getting a four-star rating overall. Firstly, the rooms there are great. They're modern, comfy, and clean, with everything you need. Plus, it's in a peaceful area with nice views. So, all in all, Vioray Inn is a top choice for a good stay. The rooms are comfy, the service is great, and the location is convenient.

Food was quite average. Eating paneer Tikka was like eating paneer simply, no tandoor taste, no spices nothing just bland Ambience was not that good. Service was too bad.

Worst service ever. Please don't preferred this hotel.Waste of money. AC problem,always light goes down in middle of function, no chilled water available in middle of function. Worst experience ever.

This is the Worst Hotel I have ever stayed. Normal lodge is better than this pathetic hotel. I am waiting in lobby from last 30 minutes. Lift is not working. Staffs are sleeping. When I asked about stairs they said you can not use stairs because that is occupied with some goods. There is no Toiletries in room. I have booked three rooms but I didn't find in any room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.
