Too much noise in the room whole night due to road 🛣️ traffic. Due to the same we are not able to sleep. And when morning arrives we found no water in the bathroom for next 4 hours... We contacted at reception for more thn 10 times...no one is listening us. And in last after 4 hours when met owner he said in big hotels this issue is very normal. I laughed on him and says it seems like you never visited any big hotel in your life. Completely bad experience 😕 Avoid staying.

Third class service provided by very rude owner. No water supply in morning for 4 hours. when I asked for the same to owner he said in big hotels this is normal. i clearly said your hotel is not big...and in person too you are very small and narrow minded person. avoid staying.

Very bad experience. Low quality room. Rude behaviour by owner. No water supply in the morning for 4 hours. Food quality is low. Kindly avoid this Hotel for staying.

The hotel reception service was found very poor. If someone is caught in the lift and suddenly power cut.. after repeated reminders to the reception staff he didn't take prompt response and the concerned was busy to talk on phone. It was noticed that they are not serious for it. Even TV was installed but not working in any room.||Hence, it is hereby advised to replace with the responsible person at reception counter.

A best place to stay in budget.. Room are good and spacious, Bathroom are clean and good, Food are also delecoius, Local market and cafes are near by, Mandir is1.5 km from this place Overall,Best Place and very friendly staff, Recommended this Palace with you are planning to visit baba baiynath
