OYO Hotel Sourav Plaza

Booked 3 rooms from Agoda and paid in full but the hotel didn't allowed us to check in. Hotel didn't have any information about the booking because agoda booked the room through OYO and hotel informed us that they're not taking OYO bookings since past six months. They've asked us to pay directly but the rooms were not up to the mark. Agoda issued refund for the booking but it was terrible experience to look for a hotel with family including kids. We decided to stay a nearby hotel named "Prabhuji Hotel".

Hotel denied to provide room. So i had to cancel the booking. Photographs of Hotel in Oyo was totally different from the real. It was too dirty to stay. I must say its C category hotel

Great hotel in economic rent.service is so good.hotel boys are so helpful to find of scotch ,transport to travel . system are good.room condition are great
