Very bad experience, literally doing fraud with customer, rooms are dirty and smelly, A.C. are not working, water shortage in washroom. Non working lift. No room service as expected. Do not try this hotel.

Fantastic Hospitality.Location of Hotel is very good, Near Bank More, Dhanbad. All hotel staffs are very cooperative and polite in nature.

Stayed there from 6th to 8th Apr. Despite advanced booking didn't get a decent room (THE AC WAS NOT WORKING) while checking in at 12:30 pm, At 8:15pm my room was changed finally!! (AND IN THE NEW ONE THE USB PORT WAS NOT WORKING IN THE TV, I REQUESTED THAT SPECIALLY EVEN BEFORE BOOKING) It's Rs. 1400/Night FOR AN AC ROM. There are FAR MORE better options in that price range. THE MATTRESS WAS VERY HARD! And yes, if you are local, its a facility better than OYO. STAFF BEHAVIOUR WAS OKAY-ish! FREE ADVICE FOR ANYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR HOTELS : TRY TO ACQUIRE THE PHONE NO. OF HOTELS AND TALK TO THEM DIRECTLY! DO NOT BOOK VIA ANY APP.

I booked a suite through their official website as it looked really spacious and well lit with a mini fridge, 2 sets of sofa and a coffee table.. But when checked in, they put us in a small cramped room(looked like the standard room). When asked, I was told all rooms are same. showed them the booking, then they told that the crampy small room was suite!! It had a double bed(not even queen) and a coffee table. they did provide a dirty sofa from another room when I showed the booking details, but after that there was no space to walk. It was so congested that half of the bed had to used as path to open the door or access the bathroom. LOCATION is good thought. Plastic Plates and bowl were provided when asked, but were extremely dirty. There are many good hotels nearby which are far cheaper. Don't book here. P. S. After posting this review, the hotel staffs texted me to remove the post as it was "affecting their ratings" Then they called me next morning again. Now I get why rating was high in this hotel. As for Hotel Shubham, I did tell you that the rooms did not look like a suite. You didn't care back then and just said "all rooms are same" I gave an honest review. Stop bothering me. Your ratings will go high if you just stop cheating people and improve your service.
