Hotel Sai Inn

Hotel manager behaviour was very rude. We (me, my wife and my 2 years old son) spend a night with bedbugs. When I went to compain, manager told that we should adjust this night. But at last other one staff helped us to change the room. At the other room Fan regulator did not work. When I complained next day, manager told that he could not do anything. If I face any problem then I can move another hotel. Hotel location was very good. But staffs behaviour was very very very bad. We faced soo much problem.

Budget friendly hotel. The staffs are very helpful. The rooms could have been a little more clean specially the bathroom. Mosquitoes are a huge headache. Otherwise fine for a 1-2 day stay.

I stayed in this hotel with my father. There are many points I want to highlight which are as follows. 1. The hotel staffs are very unprofessional. they doesn't even have the basic etiquette to wait for a while after knocking the door. They just rush inside the room without your consent, I was literally shocked to see the behavior. 2. They doesn't even have landlines inside the room to communicate to the service desk or reception. 3. No toiletries were given not even the bathing soap. When asked they simply denied to provide it to us. 4. The room wasn't clean at all, the floors and the walls of both bathroom and room were stained. I have fortunately clicked a photo of wall and attached it in the review. The bedsheets were not clean and the floor rugs were full of dust. The point is that definitely I'm not going to stay here for the next time, and that is for sure.

This hotel is located above Bishal Mega Mart, Bank More, Dhanbad. Located at nice place. The behaviour of staff is very unprofessional and rough. Food quality is very poor. Geyser available in bathroom but not working. Room service is not available. Though room rent is very cheap but it's advisable not to stay here. I styed here on 30/01/2020 and the above is my experience.

Be happy with a ac that is just for show, rooms are avarage clean, good staff, good location. Love to listen song, mosquitoes will fullfil your dream. So if sleeps is not your priorities at night, you must check in.

Room Doesn't Have T.V. I Checked In On 25th February 2022. Bathroom Doesn't Have Water Whole Night. Bad Smell Consist Of Entire Room. In The Morning After Several Enquiries They Resolved The Water Problem In Bathroom. Room Not Cleaned Properly, Full Of Dust. Terrible To Stay In This Hotel.

One of worst hotel in dhanbad don't book anyone.the owner of the hotel is unprofessional and he don't know how to talk with customers.if you book once from goibibo or others application. then they will not refund your money.go for other hotel except this.

One of the best option to stay near DHANBAD Railway Station and Main Market area. Hotel Facilities includes AC, Fridge, Geyser and Rooms have good ambience and space. ISM Dhanbad is also not too far from the place and there you can get very good food options.
