Very bad rooms.not at all clean.dust all over in the rooms.bad restrooms.torn bedsheets and old linen. fans have to be manually started.. avoid this hotel at any cost .

We stayed at 3 rd floor of the hotel which looks nothing like the photos the room is old and has cracks everywhere, bedsheets were untidy, bathroom was bad. It had a wide opening in wich a Pegion was breeding eggs and can come inside bathroom easily. There was a egg shell lying on the bathroom floor and they haven't provided a towel or a simple set of toiletries

Very bad experience. Had an event there, the food quality is not up to cost what they charged for. The room are also very small and Bedsheets are not clean

Stayed in this hotel for one day with my hubby and kid,we went thru the pics of the hotel and found it to be good, but to our surprise or should i say terror the hotel is nowhere like it looks in pics, its rooms are old and the beddings are dammed. after power cut they dont even switch on the generator.. you have to call them up and tell them to switch it on which again they will do it after 10 mins(they actually keep waiting for the electricity to come back). I would recommend not to stay in this hotel not atleast the cost Rs 1960(which we paid).

It is the utmost Value For Money Hotel in Dhanbad. While most of the neighbouring hotels will drill a hole in your wallet and charge you a bomb, this hotel has very nominal charges. The staff is super friendly. My friend staying there was sick and they took care of him like family. They even have a kitchen that can get you custom dishes that are not even a part of their menu. Overall, brilliant experience. Thank you Hotel Black Rock, I will always suggest your name to anyone who needs decent lodging at nominal prices.

One of a great hotel in Dhanbad . Not a cheap but a medium range hotel in Dhanbad . Services are excellent . Once Saurav Ganguly (former Indian Cricket​ Captain ) stayed in this hotel many years ago . One can stay in this hotel , as location is awesome because it is in the heart of Dhanbad i.e bank more .
