They demand extra money a staff(name akash) behavior very rude. They treat us like i m atm. Room are average. Ac not working properly.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Family friendly environment. Quality food items in reasonable prices. Absolutely loved our stay.

Overall, I had a great experience with the HOTEL PARADISE INN; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate weekend. By mistake I have given 1 star😔.. the app with which I booked the room. One more suggestion to taste the coffee, it was unbelievably fabulous.. God bless 😇

Very bad check-in experience because the hotel does not follows the booking rules of trivago, make my trip or OYO's & has made its own rules & charging extra money if you make online payment. One thing which is even more bad is that they will take your phone to do review by themselves during the checkout. Amenities & location are good, but the staffs are not cooperative. Not Recommended! 👎

Room is ok. Bathroom was dirty. Gutkah strain was in the toilet. They don't even provide packaged drinking water they aslo charges money for this. Behavior of the staf was very bad.

It was very bad experience. When reach at hotel first of all they deny for check in when i asked for reason, they told me that due to price issue it's tariff is low and ask to make booking direct through hotel. i think most of hotel denied to check in when you make booking through oyo and offered very bad room to customer who make booking online.

Thanks to paradise Inn &all staff,reception department member they one who made me realize that my trust can't be wrong. there management is osm hotel is well meintend,neat and clean bedroom and last best couple hotel in Dhanbad

Good hotel for stay, about 900m from dhanbad railway station.staffs are quite helpful but It doesn't allow unmarried couple to stay so you should check it before booking. I would recommend this hotel if your staying for shorter duration I.e. 2-3 days.
