SPOT ON 69112 Hotel Apsara

Horrible hotel. Rooms are very small with no window at all. Only a little window that opens in balcony. Bathroom doors do not lock. The tap in the bathroom was not working. Since we were tight on budget we took a non ac room. One fan was in the ceiling which was not in good condition. One fan was hanging in the wall. It was so dirty that the air couldn't come out at all. On top of all this there was no current. When we spoke about this, someone went and turned the generator but the receptionist said that the generator was already running. We thought it was best to leave the hotel instead of staying there for whole night. We checked in at around 11.30 and checked out at around 1.30. The room costed Rs.1350 which went in vain anyways.

Stayed during 28th January 2024 (one hour) Worst Experience, very very dirty room, the behavior of the manager very bad and uncooperative, very poor maintenance, room hygiene problem etc. So, I will stay at only one hour.

One of the cheapest 3- star hotel in Dhanbad. I think best 3 star hotel i have seen.Rooms qualities are like a 4 or 5 star hotel rooms.Clean, well architected, good service, well mannered staff etc etc. Moreover charges are very nominal.In short a must visit hotel in Dhanbad..It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, also provided a continental breakfast for the early departure. The staff was police, offered a great dinner suggestion.

They dont supply bathroom utilities like soaps, towel, handwash etc. Proper ventilation is not available in the room. TVs are of old type 14 inch TV. A normal room charges are 850/- for a night which is quite high in comparison to the service provided. We have to go to take water from ground floor kitchen. It's not a value for money hotel..

Stayed during 16th April 2022 to 17th April 2022 (one day) Worst Experience, very dirty hotel , the behavior of the staffs very bad and uncooperative, poor maintenance ,whole night of the fan was not working, I spent sleepless night. In spite of my repeated request they didn't rectify the fan problem, room hygiene problem etc.The picture of the unhygienic dirty rooms with damaged fan is attached herewith.

I must say that it was a worthy staying in this hotel. Everthing was just perfect - Rooms were neat and clean, bathrooms were well maintained. Staff members were co-operative and supportive. Food was tasty and delicious. One looking for budget stay can try here once.
