OYO 78611 Flagship Oxy Hangout

I'll share only bad experiences I had at this hotel. People usually say good things. 1) Entrance needs to be cleaned. 2) Lift needs to be improved (size and cleanliness) 3) They do not provide hair oil and comb. 4) Service is good except our breakfast was given so late(we were waiting for 2 hours). 5) Free Wi-Fi is very very slow. (That's why it's free I guess) Rest was all good.

Our stay at the The Hangout was remarkable in that every aspect was equally excellent. The welcome, the room, the food, the service - all exceptional. The afternoon tea is simply one. The room service was prompt, efficient and the food very, very good. Housekeeping was right on top of everything. The location places you near to the museums, shopping, etc. and the views of the river are quite nice.

This is definitely not an upscale place. The hotel is situated in an apartment building. The entrance to the hotel is through a shabby and dirty corridor. There are no signs directing you to the lift or lobby. The lift is dirty. The rooms have the basic facilities but appear dirty. The staff is courteous but appear overworked. The service is at best can be called passable. Overall not a good experience.

Location wise it's very good. lots of hotel nearby and bistupur market as well. AC not working properly in my room, fan had no regulator, also I felt room was not kindda spacious as well as no windows for natural light. Also, the entrance to the reception is really dirty cause it's under construction. Feels like a mediocre HOTEL.

Entrance very bad. Room and accessories have made expensive however, hospitality missing. For each item whether water-bottle, refilling of tea bags, changing towels, bed sheets, break fast etc you need to constantly rigorously follow. Which may make your stay quiet unpleasant. We may say services are unprofessional. Overall experience very bad.

I’ve stayed at the Hangout on several occasions, mostly for business but sometimes for pleasure on a family trip. The staff is amazing. Always looking to help and go the extra distance for guests. The rooms are absolutely lovely, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom is awesome, with a great shower and an expanded set of toiletries.

Worst Experience. First of all they have many managers for just a small hotel, and every one of them comes with thier own rules,and charge you extra no matter how much you pay through oyo. The room was very untidy, no cleanliness, no service,no towels, dirty blankets, tap water is provided in mineral water bottle. Staffs behaviour is very impolite. Not at all recommend, there are many better hotel in the city which gives you a lot better service than this at the same or less price.

Not happy this time with oyo. I came to this hotel by seeing the pics in the oyo app but exact room was totally different. All room were so small and dirty. Linens were dirty and smelly. Washroom was not cleaned properly. Room service very poor. All staffs were too angery on behaviour and not Friendly. They were teasing on my partner badly. I will not suggest any couples to go in this worst hotel.
