One of the worst hotels in jamshedpur. Even after booking via online portal and paying full tarrif the hotel insisted on extra 300 rupees to turn on the ac . Said if u dont pay extra will not allow entry. Shameful and disturbing interface.

One night stay at this hotel. I mark this most worst hotel I have ever stay. Cleanliness zero. When we reached at hotel room saw the bed sheet was dirty and immediately call them for change it but all the bed sheets had dirty. The room was not cleaned properly. I don't recommend it. Also the location of the hotel showing on google map not correct.

It's a good place to stay. I often travel to Jamshedpur and I choose this hotel every time. The staffs are good and the rooms are neat and clean. I see some negative reviews about Room booking. You may face this if you do online booking. I book the rooms directly and I never face any issues. The rooms of good standard and are spacious and comfortable.

The worst ever service of the Hotel staff, when I reached the Hotel and asked the receptionist for check-in, he said you've to pay 500 extra for the stay, so I negotiated with him and finally he agreed with a condition that he will allow to stay in the hotel just for few hours. Even the rooms are not as per the tariff, foul smell from the linen & wardrobe with water leakage in the washroom. So if you're visiting Jamshedpur this is the worst Hotel, so kindly do book your Hotel from any other App but never rely on OYO or look for an other property but never ever book this Hotel or else you'll regret, mark my words.

Inspite of booking through oyo. They showed us another room and on asking why it is not on oyo rooms. They said they dont give this room to oyo. They charge 1600 for that room. Secondly we lost our son's silver kada in the room. When we asked for that they completely denied. And didn't return to us. We just spend 1 day in that room . Next day 7:40 am we left the room. Around 10 am we called the hotel reception and asked for silver kada which we left in the room. They denied. We also know whose lying.. But Pathetic service..

Never rely on their bookings. You may get last minute shock of hotel not accepting your booking even if you have paid the amount. use other sites where the rentals are not cheap like oyo but you get confirmed bookings by paying few extra bucks. Sharing this after facing multiple BAD experience. Oyo doesnt take strict action on such hotels and therefore hotels do whatever they want to do.

I booked this hotel through goibibo.. The Manager called me and misbehaved with me and said you have to pay 1200 to confirm your booking. Then I called goibibo then goibibo paid rest of the money to confirm my booking but upon reaching the attitude of the Manager was not good. They didn't even gave a bottle of water and they denied giving water ask for charges for that ... They didn't even provide with sufficient blankets and washroom Tap was also not working .
