Hotel O Shiva Inn

It's a fraud hotel. Zero star but no option. Done booking offline by my friend 2 month before for event but when my family reached there no one recognises us and they changed hotel name & person who took booking that person also nt available. Don't book him... We r going to book fIR online.

Worst hotel Suraj Yadav is a fraud Don't stay here he is making everyone fool. When we arrived at hotel has closed & No one there to Receive call. Suraj Yadav is Also Taken Advance for tha booking but now he is not picking up the call. Our family has gone for Radhaswami satsang ...for 4 days ..

They don't know how to behave with customers...they are frauds... charging extra money saying that your booking is not showing in our device..you have to book now and pay the extra amount

I had b00ked 0nline and i've d0ne my full payment also. When i reached reception the pers0n was asking for extar m0ney which i'd paid during the b00king. I'd b00ked a/c r00m but recepti0nist pr0vide me non-a/c room and there is no shower also in the washroom. The room is not as it appears in the photo. In my openion i 'll suggest d0n't book this hotel wastege of money..!!!😡😡 overall experience was not good..!!👎

I would rate this hotel as zero star But option is not there First they have a tie up with oyo and also they don’t follow the protocols of it. They will charge you extra money for your confirmed booking and when asked about the solution they just say we don’t know what to do and also the reception person is the worst man ever met doesn’t know how to talk doesn’t know how to behave Highly recommend to not to book this hotel

Nice hotel nice location staff were very helpfull good hotel for family and kids staff behaviour was extremely good
