Pod n Beyond | Smart Hotel

Everything is good food is good, Behaviour of the counter staff also good but housekeeping is pathetic. Please maintain your housekeeping staff properly. They didn't do proper cleaning as well as they didn't change previous guest used blanket, pillow cover and bedsheet. (Without complete cleaning/change clothes how they can give one room clearance as cleaned) Several time I face this issue. As a regular guest I am very much frustrating with this things now

One of the reasonably priced hotels at Jamshedpur. Room Service is good Breakfast is good. Behavior is good Room sizes are small Few rooms are without an attached bathroom.

Good hotel in budget at a good location near howrah bridge in Sakchi. Availability of variety of rooms of different sizes and types. Good for families, solo and travellers. Breakfast and dinner are also good. Good staff behaviour and service. Wifi is also available. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here for a week during a recent work trip to Jamshedpur. We booked their Tri-Pod and Double Mini Pod rooms. Rooms are clean, breakfast is included in the package. The AC works well. Best part was the service. Rahul, Lajwanti and everyone in the building starting from the polite gentleman uncle who greets you at the hotel entrance, they all serve you with a smile. Very professional and welcoming to say the least! Will stay here whenever I am in Jamshedpur. Thanks
