Hotel Golden Heights - Best Hotel | Budget Hotel | Best Review Hotel in Jamshedpur

The hotel is situated in the middle of the sakchi market. Where there everything is within the reach for your ease. The food quality and taste is really good but the cost is a little on the higher side. The behavior and service of the staffs was professional. And the availability of the lift is the added Cherry on the cake. I really enjoyed my stay for the 2 days.

I have stay here many times. Behaviour of all staffs and service is exceptional wel. They always try to provide all services which they can able to provide. Food is also good.

Room service is not upto the mark. Behaviour is borderline arrogant. Breakfast which was complimentary was absolutely pathetic. The Puri was so hard, it had to be broken with teeth. Will not recommend it at all.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff this hotel..it was a great experience here.well maintained nd cleanliness very spacious room.. really enjoyed my trip here...good food.. staffs were very helpful. highly recommend

Good hotel but very crowded area. Some item like no slippers no tea/coffie saches refills.....no dental/saving/hair kit available in room but call to reception all kit send in room. Bathroom door like horror film door....after open..... chharrrr..... sound come only bathroom freshener box hang in wall....||||But||No problem||This is a small things......||good service||Good room||Good cleaning ||Good area

I had a good experience staying here earlier so I booked to stay here again. This time I booked directly over the phone. The experience was really bad. Hot Water Cattle: they said that if you book directly with the hotel you don't get it, can you imagine Lift: biggest concern, if power supply goes off, they need 10-15 minutes to turn on the genset. Breakfast: They didn't serve the breakfast although it was promised over the phone saying that breakfast will be charged extra. And have only 2-3 breakfast options. Most concerning: The carpentering work was going on till 12.30am and staff didn't help it at all.

Had a short stay at this hotel. Hotel is near to mango bus stand. Around 2 kms. Can be easily navigated. The property is on the 4th floor. The room was good for a single person. Can easily accommodate 2. Queen size bed, television, working AC, properly cleaned room and toilet, hot water and complimentary breakfast. Everything was good. The only issue I faced was I had to check in early and when I reached around 6 AM I couldn’t figure out where the entry was as the main gate to building was closed. But then I called the staff and they promptly opened the gates. All good overall.

Good experience(much better tha Oyo) booked online, only stays for a night while travelling by road on a long journey. Service is good. Breakfast is ok, but need improvement. Location, is ok, there is vegetable market back side of the Hotel. Only issue is parking space.
