Flagship 4989 The Welcomme Inn

My experience of welcome inn is HORRIBLE. I read the reviews before the booking and booked it through Oyo. I dnt know whether these are paid reviews or what. The hotel staff will ask for extra money while talking rudely. He was so rude that I had to leave the hotel without a second thought guys they are scamming people. With the fake reviews. If you are going with someone be ready to experience rudeness and pay extra or read the honest review and be careful.

Worst room, worst experience. Would never go back to that place. The washroom didn't have any window or exhaust fan. Beds were untidy, pillows, quilt, and everything was untidy. Floors were dirty. Overall pathetic experience.

Rooms were really bad. And the lady who sits in the counter is actually an illiterate person. She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. You cannot blame her since she is an illiterate & u cannot expect any decency from an illiterate person. The staff over their flirt with each other half of the time. Specially the guy who is slim & wear glasses he doesn’t know what to do & what not to while check in. Pretty worst experience. All the staff do is just fraud nothing else. They’ll give you a classic room no matter if you book a deluxe room.

The place is located centrally in Sakchi near Aam Bagaan area next to the Levi's showroom. There are not many rooms and you will not get a swanky lobby and other facilities - it is just the rooms. However, the rooms are good and clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is polite and roadside parking is available. Lots of eateries in a 1km radius so that is not an issue as well.

It was a great experience with the family...I would like to visit again soon ....as of much rush in room booking...I would like to get front desk reception members contact number....for the room booking...if it's possible?

We stayed there for 2days .I have an examination ovr ter.We booked the room through OYO.Strated with Ola service from the railway station the front desk helped us through finding the place in ease.And they have very cooperative staffs.I saw a hotel with maximum of lady staffs working.Happy to see that actually.Yes,One of the measure issue we found with AC and black and white Tv.Please have your food from Delhi Darbar,walk-able distance if you land on the ground floor of the hotel you can have an eye on Delhi Darbar.The food are amazing in Delhi Darbar and also Chai/Tea is really good ovr here..Yes,about hotel the food is really pathetic and costly.Whatever I tried I feel pathetic why i didnt go to Delhi Darbar.But stay was really comfortable.The location is very comfortable.You can get any autorikshwas any time.The staffs were nice.Enjoy ur stay.

The hotel staffs have no coordination among them unnecessarily bothered us and wasted time. Unhappy with the service. They need to be trained how to deal with guests.

It's more of a "Couple Friendly Hotel"..we stayed there with Family.. faced no such big issues, but those coming with Family..should give a 2nd thought, as couples keep on coming and going in the hotel all day long. .
