We have visited on Dec 2023for official tour. The rooms are average. Bathroom system is not atall good. The drainage water of bathroom comes out of the glass chamber and get drained near toilet. | Toilets are not that comfortable. ||Food quality is average but price is very high as per the quality. ||The room cost is nit justified as per the room quality and other fascilities. ||As it's at the bistupur market hence people chose to reduce travel.

U get a unique experience to live with rats! When it rains outside, it rains inside too! The heater gets damaged every 2days Everyday u find a new component that needs to be repaired Lift has no sensors, opens and close as it wishes They cost you 10rs for a sheet of paper (you can understand the level of hospitality by now) Breakfast? Sorry Puri is complimentary, the chef doesn't know any other dish If u still wanna reside here, all the best bud!

Dear Team,||I recently stayed at B S PLAZA from February 4th to 5th, and I gotta be honest, I wasn't too thrilled with my experience. The service was a bit lacking, and the food was way too spicy and oily for my liking, even after I let the staff know about my preferences. Their response was pretty negative too, saying that people in the area love spicy food. But hey, not everyone can handle that level of spice, right?|it was quite disappointing. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and I even noticed some broken tiles in the bathroom. It really felt like a waste of money considering the condition of the room.||I wanted to provide some feedback to help you improve the overall guest experience. Hotel Location very good at main road bistupur opposite Ram Temple and adjacent to PC Jwellers. Rooms are not very well maintained. Food quality is poor. Rooms missing basic daily kits provided to guest. GM not friendly to guest.

Being regular traveler to Jamshedpur, prefer to stay here, as its excellent location is most convenient for me. Well maintained property, with well mannered staff, always eager to extend help round the clock. Also, hotel had facility of small get-together / meetings as i regularly availing it. Good food with facility of buffet breakfast. Will always prefer to stay here in budget hotel.

Dear All, Location: Good. It is in the main market. Food: Costly. Both Veg and Non Veg. Rooms: Not so great. The lamps are old. TV was not working properly at the time of check in. However the beds are fine. Bathroom Cleanliness good. The hot water not so hot. Regards,
