Very good hotel and sevice and all staff behavior is good

This is a new hotel situated near the Prabhat Vihar hotel at Netarhat. This hotel is very popular for their restaurant as many people gather themselves to have lunch, dinner or breakfast here. The hotel is very small and there are hardly four to five rooms. The rooms are a little small but well decorated. They have installed smart TVs inside that. The bed was comfortable and we 3 people stayed there without much of a problem. When they are fully occupied, there are issues in service. We have asked for towels for 3 of us, but didn't receive more than one which was really difficult for morning rush hours. Their room service or dining arrangement is good but can be much better. The service is extremely slow as we had to wait for at least one hour to get any ordered food. They have only two kitchen staff right now which is not sufficient as it appears. But they are very popular in Netarhat and have a good view in front of the hotel. The washroom design should be changed specially the position of the commode in terms of ergonomics. They need to be more professional in service as customers are more likely to come there in peak seasons. In one word, this is a good choice compared to the budget.

Very nice place. I am glad with service I suggest all family members go in this hotel. Very nice activity and behaviour of staff. Good quality of food and best cleaning of this hotel

Food quality is very good.behaviour of the owner is also very good and they were familiar with the customers. The location is also very good.I suggest to people to visit in this hotel.because I stayed here two days and I get good food and good service. Thankyou

I have no idea about the rooms , but the restaurant service was too bad . We were 4 people and we asked for 1 plate chicken curry , they simply denied to provide 1 plate. They said we need to order atleast 3 plates. And we had ordered 16 rotis they gave only 15 rotis and when we said this to them , they completely denied . We then paid for 1 roti and took the roti but that was burnt from 1 side. They didn't even make efforts to cook ka roti . They had 1 burnt roti present they packed it with foil and gave it to us

If you are looking for a stay in a very reasonable price with all facilities, then it is Perfect for you.It is a beautiful property with all facilities. Food quality is nice. Price is reasonable in comparison with others. Sunset point is one minute walking distance. Moreover the owner is very simple and amikable. He has a Iarge cow farm and you can experience the milching of the cows.

Food and service was very good. Would surely recommend to other people. The food was exceptionally good. The location is also very apt for viewing sunrise.
