The location is good but the problem I faced last time during check in was again the same This time the receptionist asked about my review of last time it was his job that he asked but it is not about asking it is about solving the issue. In the hotel business "etiquette" is even more important than the business so the hotel management have to pay alot of attention into it because we are going to their property to freshen up our minds not to do any face these silly problems. I'm using Oyo since many year's never faced something like this even I've booked this property from Oyo and directly more than 10 time's but now I can see that hotel management is getting really poor the staffs there don't even know the meaning of "etiquette" so the higher management of the hotel should look into the matter for better review. I will again book this property and will write again briefly and check whether these review thing actually matter to Oyo and the hotel higher management. Check how many times I've booked hhh skyline but never saw these issues but since last 2 times of my booking it is the same look into the matter thoroughly it will be good for your business.

Poor reception conduct, I have booked it for my parents as they visited to meet a relative on medical emergency. The reception staff has no sense to talk to guest even though the booking was confirmed the staff was adamant on not checking it thoroughly, it was just a short stay so I requested for not charging early checkin since my parents were to leave the same evening but I didn't like the way the staff treated my parents. Off course there is a right way for denying, I too am a hotelier myself.

I booked a deluxe room but I got a simple bed with lots of notice. also the water supply for the washroom or shower was very dirty. Full unhygienic. And the food was over rated as per the cost. found less taste. You can book this if you are in a hurry or in an emergency.

Reception staff mam is best she is in full discipline. 💕 Thank you so much for a polite conversation. So fast check-in process less than 5 minutes. All staff's behaviour is nice. Overall all is best. 👍 Stay was good. Staffs are good. Very nice and clean hotel and the behaviour of the staff's was very good. Overall experience was good. Really great service Thank you all is good.

The only good thing is the location of the place. On the main road, one can easily reach there and is good for family too. Wheelchair acces is not there. Room service was really bad, they cannot provide even a cup of tea or a water bottle on time. The tv was not working, bed was also not good. Good for just a night if you don't have any other place to go. It is very close to RIMS, on they way to RIMS you can get good food and fruits are also available. Checkin and checkout were easy. Overall if I am asked, I will try some other place the next time. .

Staff behavior very bad. They charge for cutlery which i have never seen any where. Check in was so stressfull with them, staff feels like they are the boss. Never to be stayed in again, request oyo to disassociate with this hotel. Room are like kabootarkhana.

They are loots. During the check in time they asked for ₹500. When I denied they did not allow me to check in. The receptionist Manish was very rude and does not have answers to my questions and he kept telling me to contact customer support. Rooms were too small and smelly. I would recommend evryone to avoid visiting these scammers
