Very Arrogant Manager, Staff has no idea they Speak, they Speak so rudely to Hide their Fault Charge you of any fault which is already existing They give you threat of accusing any false Claim. They are the goon of the City They do racial Comments if you belongs to another state.

Food was great and the employees of the hotel were very cordial. I stayed in the hotel during off season so, it was a good experience for me.

Worst experience ever. I have resided in many hotels around the country, but never had experience like this. 1. Hotel staff and manager are rude in behaviour, didn't even bother about guests. 2. Lifts are not working properly. After 10pm they will create drama if u enter into the hotel. 3. They will always have some issue regarding your presence, which will lead u into inconvenience. 4.I will never recommend this 'kachra' hotel for staying to anyone. Better find some other good hotel. If anyone is coming to RIMS, and in compulsion they had to stay in hotel, never check-in into this hotel, the hotel management will only make u fool and nothing else. 5. They will force you to check out the room blaming that they had previous booking with the same room. "WORST HOTEL EVER SEEN."

Worst Hotels, no Coordination between Staffs.

Had very bad experience in October 2017 in this hotel. Rooms are not maintained well, Windows won't shut properly and cupboards doors are coming out. Bathrooms are not spacious and are dirty. One of the walls in my bathroom has its tiles coming out so they pasted a newspaper on it. Tap water was so dirty that we had to use bottled water for cleaning ourselves. Bedsheets, towels and pillows are of very cheap quality and not maintained well. Only thing good was the food in hotel. Tea coffee were very good. Overall not recommended.

Visited restaurant yesterday for dinner. By looks of it, it was well maintained with proper hygiene. Environment there was also soothing and was good for a peaceful dinner. Services were also nice. The only downfall and the most significant for a restaurant was that the food was not properly cooked. It was probably rushed , so that was definitely not good. Never used the overnight staying services so can't comment on that.

The manager displayed shocking behavior by allowing his female staff to falsely accuse guests in exchange for money.
