FabHotel The Pinnacle

Located off Kutchery Road, the Pinnacle Hotel, stands singly, behind the Jaipal Singh Stadium, just about a 100 mtrs off the Main Road. Centrally located, around 30-45 min from the Airport and Railway Station, a it is known for its Hospitality and Food.||||A stone's throw from Malls, shopping complexes and food joints, as well as convenience stores and Medical Shops, it is a great location to be in.||||Being just off the Main road, it is peaceful and quiet, despite its strategic location. Parking space available. ||||The front desk is efficient and check-in is without any fuss. They provide a complimentary car pick-up or drop from confirmed guests, which is very thoughtful.||||Rooms are comfortable, clean, well maintained. House keeping is non-obtrusive and efficient. ||Located in the heart of the city, obviously, there are no "views" from the Hotel. ||The hotel has a perfectly functional power back-up, so power cuts don't leave you "in the dark"!||||The Restaurant serves good food. Portions are adequate and balanced. ||Breakfast spread is appetizing and satisfactory. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items are available. ||Room service is fast and efficient. ||||The Restaurant and Banquet Hall areas (for walk in clients) are adequately separated from the Rooms, to maintain safety and privacy with CCTV monitoring of the corridors and open spaces.||||Special mention must be made for the wonderful service and arrangements made by the Manager, Shri Pradeep Tiwary, to make our stay comfortable and provide for our travel needs to the best of his ability. It was indeed very kind of him to personally come for our pick-up from the Airport.||Travelling for Business or onward journey, when in Ranchi, The Pinnacle is one of the better places to stay. Even if you are staying elsewhere, the Restaurant, is also worth a visit.||Surely Recommended!

Manager is very rude in his behavior. No sanitization of rooms No sanitization of luggage None of the staff wear mask Food is pathetic. Overall if u wanna spend and get insulted book a room. The manager here was a rowdy before he changed his profession but not his attitude so dnt complain bout anything or soon u will realise your fault for opting this property. I was a fool that even though reading negative comments bout the manager I booked this hotel but soon I realised my mistake. So choose wisely.

Checked in August 2015 booked the room from the cleartrip. In the hotel policies they have not mentioned anywhere that no unmarried couples were allowed. During check in had a mess with the front office rudy guy. I have shown the tickets from the cleartrip but they not agreed to check in. I have a talk with the cleartrip and they also try to convince the hotel manager. But no result. Finally we have a booked one more room due to this hell thing. The food is ok and hotel location is not good. Near by shops were almost closed at 8 p.m. They not provide the buffet as it mentioned in coupon. You need to choose from the limited options and the person will provide you. I have taken Dosa as i can't get anything good even a sandwich is not available. When i have asked them for buffet they say due to less occupency in hotel they have not arranged. What a hell!!!!!

the AC never worked in my room, however i was asked to change my room 4-5 hours later but i was travelling with my kid so it was just difficult to move rooms. amenities asked for were never delivered to my room in spite of 4-5 reminders. The rooms are definitely not worth the price and the service is extremely poor.

Much below expectations. The uploaded photos are misleading. Right now the place requires better maintenance. Looks used and shabby. Towels and bed linen are grey instead of white. Staff needs more training and supervision needs to look at quality of service. The staff makes mistakes and knows how to smoke and apologize. Is this enough??

It's a good hotel , rooms were clean and well decorated, staffs were helpful. I stayed there 3 days in last week. Food quality was up to the mark with a reasonable price. This hotel located at Kachary area just 15 minutes away from Ranchi station. Room tarriff was little bit high.

Hotel is good. Location is also good. Room service of hotel is good. Complementary breakfast provided by hotel is tasty but option is limited comparing to other hotels of same standard. Suggestions: Provide RO water unpacked to your customer in steel Jug (not used old water bottles) as self treated RO is much better then packed water.
