There was proper room service, Room service are not picking calls usually and same with reception, I have booked room with Dinner complimentary, but after repeatedly request they are have not provided any food, every time you have to come down to ground floor to order even one cup of tea and for that you have to come doen atleast twice and thrice.... Also they are not filling sorry, very casual approach towards their guest like it's quite natural that they wont provide any service. Rooms are good but lack of lights.....

Experience was very good. Hospitality and their staffs behaviour was very nice. The tasty and quality of the food was also awesome.

Very bad experience in this hotel, rooms are not at all clean, cocktoach are everywhere including the dining tabel @google is there any option for 0 star?

One can avoid this hotel. The location is at a noisy place. It's an old unkept hotel with zero efforts to ensure that the guest have a good experience.|Food is avoidable, air conditioner doest work properly, wifi has no speed and many other reasons to avoid it.

Highly unprofessional staffs. Rooms are not clean. No effort to make customer experience better. I do not recommend to stay here.

Bahut ghatiya service. Bahut ghatiya room. Bahut ghatiya hotel.No water in bathroom. If you order water for drinking it will be available after 1hour. To much light issue.

Stayed in the hotel for the first time about a week back and was really delighted with this decision of mine. This is a new property and still some kind of construction is on.||Rooms are very well build with good quality toiletries. Rooms are big. Food is exceptionally good. Staff is well behaved.||I had a 2 day meeting also at this place during my stay and all arrangements were very well taken care off.||Above and all tariff offered was really good.
