Pathetic experience No cleaness Drinking water facility was great, no need to open bottle they already provide cap free bottle No light in washroom My opinion this is perfect Oyo room ,😎

harassment level too high for booking online customer,Worst experience ever,i booked oxy heritage but they shift oxy dream they waste my time 2 hr from checking and 4km away 2nd hotel they don't provide any cab or vehicle, don't go even by mistake!!! Washroom door broken, no service boy , no drinking water provided,no towels or anything provided....

Extra charges for Early 2hrs check in there is no lock key and shower not working bathroom tap proper not working and no hanging clothes hanger inside the room

The experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, with visible bed bugs (khatmal) on the bed. The washroom was unpleasantly smelly and not properly cleaned. I would advise against visiting this hotel.

This is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.There is no management system here nor are the rooms good. The condition of the bathroom is very bad,there is leakage problem.It is not cleaned properly.Staff behavior is very bad.It was recommended to me by Oyo customer representative that's when I came to this hotel or property,which turned out to be false.

The hotel was absolutely terrible. They did not have the room I paid for. So I was asked to stay in a smaller dingier room. There was no hot water in my room. The geyser was not working. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was too hard. Definitely not to Oyo standards. I would like a refund for my absolute unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.

Didn't provide us the room key, room was small(not as shown in the app). The bedsheet & the blankets were dirty as hell & also the pillow was really small in size. Bathroom was so small that one person can barely use it (not at all comfortable for senior citizens). They didn't even bother to provide us water, handwash or towels. Worst hotel I have ever checked in, please don't stay in this hotel. The pictures also displayed in the app are not of this hotel. At last, they are going to ask you to give them your phone so that they can rate 5 stars themselves. This hotel & the service of the staffs doesn't even deserve a single star. If there was an option to give them negative stars for rating, I surely would have done that.
