★★Not upto the mark.. services were very pathetic. Not even a bottle of water qas supplied and the person out there declined to provide with the glasses ... ||Bt affordable for a night stay at 500. Bt if services would have been good. The hotel is best at affordable price and neat room

NillI wish could rate it with negative stars. The worst hotel experience of my life. The people running the place are so rude & unwelcoming & if you complain they will give you life threats. They will make you vacate the room whenever they wish once you have paid the bill. In short this is not a hotel its just a money making trap. If you love your life, health & money dont even think of going there.

NillDo not go there, they first take payment from you in cash, then after check in you come to know that there is electricity problem and u'd sweat like anything. And if u request to cancel ur booking they refuse to give your money back. Also, if u try to contact booking.com, they cancel ur booking but still hotel refuse to refund ur money. This hotel is there to just looting people.

NillIt's my personal experience on 28/11/2021--- I talked to the owner just before entry to Ranchi. He asked me to come fast and assured room. We rushed to the hotel. The person sitting outside (no reception is there) with a table gave us a room (5:30pm) and allowed us to enter the room. After few minutes, there was a call that we'll have to leave the room as all the rooms were pre-booked. If we want room, we'll have to wait outside on chair till 8:00pm. The rooms are bogus, the drains are open. You can say this a hostel not a hotel.

NillWorst hotel experience. Checked in the hotel at 6:30, with a friend, ( both male ), went out to buy dinner and returned at 10:10 pm, the main gate was locked and the shutter was down. 3 more guests were also locked outside. We tried calling the manager and staff verbally and by making noise. Also called their phones multiple times no response. We were stuck in the 8°C cold winter of ranchi without our luggage. In desperation friend had to climb the hotel main gate ( approximately 16 feet high ) and he partially opened the shutter and entered. Even after confronting the staff inside. They refused to open the gates for the remaining guests stuck outside. Then we all had to climb the main gate to gain access to our rooms. When we confronted the manager of the hotel in the morning, he said that there was a Bengali guest that he wanted to avoid so he did not open the gate. This manager refused to accept any responsibility and said you should have come back sooner to the hotel. Manager is racist, telling Bengalis cause problems for the business.

NillDisgusting. It was one of my bad decision to stay here. 1- there is no invertor service. So if electricity goes off then u will not even be able to charge your phone. No fan . 2 - cleaniness- bedsheet was smelling like they was it only in month. And don't even bother to change it for next guest. 3- mosquito service will be free of cost . There are lots of mosqutio in the room and they don't even give mosquito liquids. 4- if u will take even 10 min after 11am . Then they will charge whole price of next day. 5- and one fattly guys who sits in counter is very pathetic . He don't even know how to deal with customer. ... I can assure the one who visit here will 200% regret his decision.
