All staffs are rude and unprofessional, avoid staying here very pathetic services neither rooms are not food is good. Even they charge unprofessionally they will tell you something bill something. Very unprofessional behaviour of staffs . Management need to take proper action against staffs they ask for cash instead of card payment or online payment seems are scaming money. Avoid this hotel for ranchi stay they will ruin your stay.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality during my stay at your establishment from August 2nd to 3rd. Firstly, the behavior of your staff was unacceptable. They were unprofessional and their conduct was not befitting of a hospitality service. Specifically, I experienced poor quality of service which was both disappointing and frustrating. Secondly, I was charged an extra amount for breakfasts that were not served. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that breakfast would not be served, which is unacceptable. This not only disrupted my schedule but also reflected poorly on your establishment’s commitment to customer satisfaction. ******Established management must go through this............

One of the worst and unprofessional hotel.I have booked this hotel 15 days back to my visit to Ranchi on 11th to 13th July over phonecall and they gave confirmation over whatsapp But on 11th July after reaching Ranchi when I called them they told booking was given to a marriage party.So please do not ever book this hotel as you may get harassed after reaching there
