Hotel AVN Plaza - Best Hotel in Station Road Ranchi

Rooms are extremely small. Price equivalent to Room Size is not up to the mark. But receptionists are generous. When I asked them to change my room and give me bit larger room they have given me a bit larger room. Rooms are clean and maintained hygiene but they don't have open window options hence sometimes felt suffocating. Food Quality and Quantity both are Good. Service were also prompt. One of the best location if you wants to stay near from Railway station, walking distance of 5-6 minutes. You will get plenty of options of Public vehicles outside of the hotel.

It’s a nice 3 star property, near to walkable distance from Ranchi Railway station. Rooms are little small but neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast is really tasty. The staffs are really cordial and very much supportive

Worst experience ever! I stayed at Hotel AVN Plaza during my official training visit, and it was a nightmare. Firstly, the prawns served gave me a severe allergic reaction — itching, swelling, and burning sensations all over my body. I had to rush to the hospital in the middle of the night! To make things worse, the bed had bed bugs — I was bitten all over, and the itching was unbearable. The room looked clean at first, but clearly, the hygiene was pathetic. This place is absolutely unsafe and unhygienic. Avoid this hotel at all costs — especially if you’re a solo female traveler. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Disgusting and disappointing!

Hotel authority should be concerned that everyone is paying, so every guest has the right to relax.

Rooms are small but cost with all modern amenities. Excellent service and excellent food quality. Complementary breakfast was too good with many options. Stayed there from 10/10/24 to 12/10/24. Surely recommend hotel at Ranchi. Walking distance from the station.
