Hotel Green Horizon Station Road, Ranchi. 834001

The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, situated on the main road. It is very well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and did their best to accommodate us. We stayed on the 6th floor, with a view of the train platform and part of the town. The only drawback was the noise from the road and passing trains. Alternatively, you can request rooms facing away from the road. Overall, we were satisfied.

We stayed in Green Horizon in July’25 with friends and family. Their rooms were compact, clean and adequate with all basic facilities. Staff were very hospitable and polite. The buffet breakfast, as well as other multi cuisine food items served were exquisite. Proximity to the Ranchi Station & Main Road was an added advantage. In all it was a 5 star experience in a 3 star Property.

our stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. staffs were hospitable and well mannered. In fact we felt our stay as if home away from home. exclusively personalised treatment we had during our three days stay. Neat and clean room and floor. Room service was excellent. Food was very nice and chef was very friendly and quite experienced. Overall our Ranchi hotel stay will be in our memories for a long time to come. Floor manager maam Maitreyi was very helpful and cordial.

The hotel and service were great. We organized my elder brother's engagement ceremony here, and the banquet hall was nice. The best part was that the banquet and food areas were separate on the same floor, making it very convenient. The food was good, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. However, some guests complained about the mutton not being cooked properly, so that might need attention. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. The location is also very good, as it’s on Station Road, and there were no parking issues.

Hotel Green Horizon, Ranchi, is an excellent hotel. Rooms were very nice neat and clean. House keeping was excellent. Linen etc were changed daily. Hospitality was too good. The staff were very courteous and polite. Food was very good, less spicy and very tasty. Location wise also is good. ||We check in on 22nd Nov 24|Check out on 26th Nov 24||The best part was, monitoring of work and supervision done by Mrs Maiytree, GM, Housekeeping was too good. She enquired almost daily whether everything was going on well. Great Hospitality. She really deserves a Commendation. ||Best Wishes to the Management. I stayed here for 4 days and what I have observed is that it is a good property at a good location but servers specially in the restaurant are not at all welcoming. For them it's like eat and go. Work needed there. And except that everything is good.
