Hotel Bliss Regency

I have come from WB for an exam. First of all, they will take full money nd assure u that everything in the room is good. But once u enter the room, u will see that the ac and tv are not working. If u go nd ask about it, they will tell u that currently we don't have electricity for half an hour so kindly manage nd once the electricity comes everything will be okay. But the fact is both don't work. Besides these, there is no mattress in the room nd continuous dropping of water from rooftop will make the room smelly nd dirty. Lots of cockroaches are there in the room which may disturb ur sleep at night. Hence, I would like to request every student who are coming from outside to not avail this hotel nd would also like to request the locals students to take action against them as it's happening in ur state. If it's in my WB, I will make them understand "Idhar haram ka paisa kamane ka nahi hai". Thanks.

First you enter price is different for all, only you pay gst then you get bill. Now service there is no negative marking so have to mark 1 star, they are very rude , tv doesn't work. Food your order let's say of 500 through service boy your fooding bill will be automatically be made 1000 in a white paper no bill. They double the price and you have to call 10 times to reception and take service boys personal number request him then he will come for your basic needs like water which is also price above Mrp and no Ro , filter water. Ac also they will switch on and off as per wish and you have to come down and remind them to switch on the ac as phone they will hardly receive. Later at check out I paid the entire bill the last night still they charged last night's bill again in morning , I asked to confirm with owner and service boy who knows that boy is so so rude saying Now I am sitting here deal with me and no entry is made them you have to pay, during check out it's obvious we are in hurry of train, bus ,flight you can't waste time to prove you are right and fight with a guy of that standars. It's the worst experience I had in a hotel. There are lots of more things which I don't want to add(even with other people staying there) and enlarge the review but got really irritated all the time and frustrated by the time leaving the place. I hope there was a negative star option.

Lift is available. Rooms are average. Staffs are cooperative. Price is moderate you can try here.

Bad experience with this hotel Bliss Rengency in terms of service or management. Rooms are not clean or the bathroom is damaged, gates are locked properly and complaints are taken grantly by the hotel recipients. It charges a decent price but service or management was good for tourists.

The location is great. It's near Gurudwara station road. Rooms were okay, but a little bit of space less. No parking area. Beside this, the service was excellent. Everyone is super cooperative. They also have the food service. Complimentary water bottles and coffee you will get.

I decided to stay at Hotel Bliss in Ranchi with my family from 15th August to 17th August, 2024. But unfortunately, the service, the rooms and the behaviour of owner as well as staff- in a word everything disappointed us. First of all, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty. AC not working properly, water are dropping out from roof. They told us to shift with lots of harrasment at night at their another hotel, belongs to same owner named Hotel Blossoms, located at Gurudwara side lane. Same problem there too. AC not working, when reported they just reduced Rs.100/- per day basis for AC. The path to the hotel Blossoms are dirty, same as the situation of the hotel. Bathrooms, Rooms are smelling bad, dirty. I suggest and request to the people who are wishing to stay here, dont make a choice here with your family. Every family was complaining and shouting at reception. Make sure not to stay here.

Rooms are unnecessarily inflated they don't even give access to the AC remote, Just because it is located near the railway station they charge heavy tariffs for undermanaged rooms. Avoid!!
