OYO Hotel Lake View

Scammers and not a hotel you can mention as a lodge. Pathetic and the staff/receptionist was also rude. Scammed me Rs.1100 stating low budget booking because we had already paid the entire amount via cleartrip before coming there as we were coming from Bangalore to Ranchi. If you are travelling from another city/state would highly recommend you to avoid this one. We were duped because of the fake photos and fake listing.

3rd class hotel. Their behavior is very bad... I booked the hotel before through oyo but they refused to gave me room. They charged extra 200..They also charged extra 100 for food. Rooms are very dirty. Bed sheet, pillow and table bathroom very dirty. Not even ac was not working. In one word all staffs are motherc**d

Booked this room on OYO official website, paid the booking amount in advance. We were to check in late and informed the reception. When we arrived they declined check in at near 12midnight, as rooms weren't available. The rooms which we booked and paid in advanced. They then tried to shift to another location (not via OYO) where they demanded hiked room charges than what was paid. We were tourists who came to visit Ranchi, had one elderly (65+ yo) and one infant (<5 yo). To get such harrasment at midnight in an unknown City where the room was booked and paid for in advance shows the level of harrasment they are willing to pass on to their customers for their fault.

They are Fraud . If you book them through Oyo customer care, they will cancel it and give room to random

Completely fake pictures provided in websites and oyo also. We booked 6 rooms with 3 beds one month ago and advance pay also through oyo app. But when we reach there they deny for rooms and force us to shift others hotel. Rooms are very small and lobby is so narrow. Even oyo unable to give us shift in another hotel and end with refund policy. We 21 guest harassed by them and they don’t even help us to find another accommodations. Anyway after 2-3 hours of harassment we found another hotel through offline and have to pay on double rate. Be aware of there cheating. We face a bitter experience in ranchi only for them. OYO is also very much responsible for it. Don’t trust them blindly whenever you are trying to book any hotel through them.
