At the time of check in, hotel staff said they are not taking oyo booking any more. When we requested then ready to give room. We have paid for breakfast but hotel denied to provide breakfast. Its really horrible experience with oyo, felt insulted in front of 5 other guests along with me. Please return our breakfast amount and inform us.

very bad behaviour by the hotel staff. I had made an online booking through Make my trip, but the guard said they dont allow online booking. finally i had to cancel the booking. This hotel is deceptive.
