The Urban Hive Hotel

It's a clean and neat hotel but has no amenities like a gym or a pool or breakfast, although you can order and they bring it from nearby. I think I booked a King something but I got a standard deluxe. They said all rooms are same. So that was not very transparent. Bathrooms were clean, location is right next to nucleus mall so it's a great location.

I stayed here for 2 days during Diwali and Rajyotsava. Location is good. I love the bustle of the market place. The rooms are good, the bathroom was clean, the hot water is excellent. The service desk is hospitable. The people are very warm and accomodating.

I had been there on 16th November. We opted Delux Twin Room as a couple. The location - It is near to Belagavi Railway Station as well as Railway Station Bus Terminal, and has the best connectivity. The rooms - The rooms are adequate, but not spacious. Rooms are well cleaned, well maintained and well equipped with all the basic facilities. However, we found a little bit difficult to use washrooms, as when one starts shower/ hot water tap, the flush and bum shower becomes inoperative. Cleanliness - We found the good amount of cleanliness all over the room, only a little bit disappointed with washroom once again in this aspect. Service - The overall service and administration is good. Recommending for sure.

It’s a nice place to stay at …if you are able to find it. It’s located on a busy little road and the boards are not that visible. But other than that it’s an overall good place to stay. They have food for room service; good portions and really tasty. Rooms are nice and clean, with all amenities.

The walls do have some dampness visible. The 4th floor rooms were better than the 3rd floor ones. There was a bit noise at night but the bed was comfy. It was closeby to everything. Really perfect location for anyone going for shopping

Booked urban hive for 1st time, it's in prime location. Very easy commutable. Service, hospitality all good. Staff us very friendly n polite. Highly recommended for stay. Market us close by too.

The most clean and newest hotel at prime location that we had . Hardly walkable distance to all shopping centres . Excellent staff and the most main thing is the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel that management has in place . ***** Stars with any doubt.
