I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was blown away by the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Narayana hospital, which is perfect for a person coming for medical treatment. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to all tastes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy yet luxurious, and I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. It was severely overpriced for the subpar service provided. The hygiene was the worst part—I found a spider on the pillow, and the linens were visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the receptionist and manager displayed terrible behavior, keeping us waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes, even though we arrived well past the check-in time. They were rude on multiple occasions, adding to the unpleasant experience. The only redeeming feature was the in-house restaurant, Nandhana Palace, which served decent food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you are going to Narayana Hrudayalaya, this is the place to stay. Very near to the hospital. Rooms were good. If you are coming from other city, there Is pick up point for most of the bus operators in front of the hotel. Restaurant is separate. But they will provide room service as well.

I enjoyed my two night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to Naraya hospital. The staff were friendly,and the service at the free breakfast was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation.

Property is well maintained, Clean. Staff is humble and supportive. Location is near by to the Electronic City. One can easily get auto or cab to Electronic City Bangalore.

Recently stayed here for almost a week.The Rooms were Spacious, clean and well maintained, all the staff were friendly and well behaved, the buffet menu for morning breakfast was limited but the taste was good.
