We stayed in SRT alpines for 4 days, after discharged from Majumdar Shaw Medical Centre Best Thing is this hotel is only 300 mts away from MSMC therefore we choose this place Room Services - Average, We have to repeat things multiple times daily for same items needed. Food - Minimal options for patients, Khichdi was Delicious . Food presentation was worst. Better to go to Matha Cafe near to the Hotel. Best place for food and cheapest and cleanest option to have your food. Room services Boys and House keeping Boys requires thorough training. Reception Staff Front office Manager and Front office Female Executive, quite casual attitude whenever asked for any services even for final bill amount I have taken multiple follow ups. It took almost 30 minutes for the feedback in case any issue raised to reception staff. Overall average experience with reference to services. Room was clean and comfortable best part near to NH Healthcity.

Best hotel nearer to hospital. Absolutely good hotel clean , rooms are AC & very good specious. Lift available no power interruption. Restaurant Bar available. Location is very nice. Highly recommend 👍🏼
