Rooms is good. And rooms manager also friendly. But ground floor local bar.is there. And surroundings location is not good.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my whole life. It is expensive with no service at all. The behaviour of the staff is very rude. It was late night while reaching there so I had to forcefully stay there for 1 night. Otherwise I would have change the hotel on the very same day. I could barely sleep in that nightmare. Also, room, bedsheet, towel whatever was in the room was too dirty. And there was no soap no sampoo nothing at all. Very bad experience with this hotel. If you guys are going to stay in this hotel think for 2 times and better to see the hotel by yourself before booking.

The worst Oyo property I stayed as of now, maintenance was worst. Washrooms are not clean and water leakage in washrooms. Dirty beds with worst condition, on top of that the receptionist guy was demanding more money than the actual booking amount which I have already paid and the booking was confirmed before I reached the property in the mid night, I had my family with me including 2 year old kid, we traveled around 500 km, we were very tired, at that time we were asked to wait until we pay the extra amount. The call center service was also worst nobody taking responsibility of resolving the issue whenever we call them they are forwarding the call to another guy and they let us wait for atleast 10 minutes each time we call but they will not resolve the issue and they simply forwarding the call and cycle repeated.

The room was clean but the AC was not working. The washroom was clean but the shower and flush were not working. I asked for a bottle of water to drink and waited for more than half an hour I didn't get it. Then again four times I contacted them for drinking water. From morning to afternoon there was no power and water in the hotel. No Generator or any other back-up for this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Got boils all over my back after sleeping on the bed here. It’s been 4 days now and I’m still having some boils on my back. Think the bed had many bed bugs. Also, the attender took Rs 100 more than the Oyo price.

One of the best hotel in Chandapura and staff are very supportive service are too good my suggestion visit once and enjoy your life

We booked through online before hand to prevent surge pricing,but the person told me to cancel that booking and pay extra money on that day as it was peak time. So why did we do booking then ?
