Even though this hotel looks good from the outside, the management inside is not good. Female staff and customers here are looked at with bad intentions and spoken to disrespectfully. Some female staff have even left and fled the hotel due to bad behavior, including inappropriate touching. Lower-level staff are treated disrespectfully. Therefore, please do not go to this hotel.

There is no value for staff if anyone's want's to join TS GRAND HOTEL please don't because the manager and GM very bad behaviour if staff don't want to work late them go but there's not like that they'll take your bags and I'd original they'll ask please don't give sach a shameful there is no role to take your bags or original documents.. if they doing please complain to police only the options......
