Hotel O SLN Comforts

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service was extremely poor, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness was unacceptable, The bedsheets were clearly not cleaned. On top of that, the TV didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

***Fake Reviews*** Uff.. tired of this place. List is long but worth to note before you make a mistake of booking this place looking at the ratings as I was a victim of that. 1. Rooms, Beds & sheets are dirty. 2. No hot water on 2nd floor as they had electrical issues with the DP tripper. Though they knew this issue still gave us the room and didn't even tell us. 3. Location is not suitable for families as most of those who come here for drinking and staying overnight. ***Caution*** Local bar is on ground floor. 4. They will not attend you post 12am-6am. They made us carry the extra beds as we came late. Night shift guy is extremely rude and you can't expect any other behaviour for such locality. 5. Towels are untouchables.

Nothing good here. On call while booking they agreed for the price shown in oyo. But when we reached there, they denied the room and increased the price. The staff was already intoxicated. Rooms are not good, no ventilation, no windows, no ac felt like a jail. No drinking water, dirty bathroom, shower not working, no towel, no soap. When we wanted to ask for drinking water there was no one. The staff either he is drinking or he is not around. Idk what kind of room services they are running. I booked via oyo but oyo straight up rejected my review. So I am posting here be aware people. Don't book this place if you're going with your family or female friends.

Welcomed by dog shit at the entrance. No receptionist at the desk. Powercut at night. Beer bottles in the cupboard, cigarette buds in the window pane. The bar below makes the environment even worse, drunkers everywhere in the evening. No restaurants nearby, but a garbage dumping area.

Decent safe place for a couple of nights. Had to stay in this place for exam in jyothi college the next day. The rooms are decent sized and clean enough for oyo standard. For eating zomato delivers and a wonderful bar below you itself 😂. The bar tender is nice guy and the caretaker of this place is decent and to the point nice. Water is good both hot and cold. TV is there but no connection. No dedicated parking for 4wheeler adjust with the bar guy.

1. This person asked me to cancel the booking done in Agoda and pay him directly in cash. 2. When I rejected his proposal, then he asked for 80% GST :) has to argue with him for 10 minutes. 3. Then he told online reservation is valid only for 12 hrs. I must book offline (pay him cash) for 24 hr booking. 3. Rooms are fine for the price, but the only one window per room is very very small. 4. Not suitable in the summer time
