Itsy Hotels Hiland Suites

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room was completely unclean, bed sheets were already used, and the entire room was filled with cigarette smoke — despite Treebo claiming it’s a non-smoking property. Cigarette butts were left on the table and shockingly, even inside the toilet closet. The room was also very small and absolutely not suitable for a family. We had to check out immediately because it was impossible to stay in such conditions. I’ve booked with Treebo several times before, but this experience was terrible and completely unexpected. Really disappointed.

mobile providers not getting the network coverage on this hotel. They are not providing good WiFi . If u r going to this hotel, definitely u r got stuck. Service also very poor. We booked suite room , not getting good chairs also. They are not providing soap, shampoo, What treebo is offering ,here u will get nothing

This hotel did not meet any of our expectations or any of the values boldly printed by the Treebo group. The rooms were dirty, including the linen. This is not even a good destination for the most budget of traveller. The bathrooms were full of mould and the oen shower did not even have a shower head.

One of the worst Treebo hotel i have seen. They took money for alloting big room but they gave very very small and worst dirty room. Tv doesn't work, AC just for show off it dont work. 24x7 cold water. Onlybin their mouth hot water is available not on tap.

Yesterday on 17/09/2025.I have done the prebooking on 16/09/2025 to stay for one night the staff there told that is this AC repair in the all rooms same person has approach to go to another hotel. In the hotel total fully cockroach, not maintained very well and full Fully miss up room there Given to me to stay My trust on Treebo no onwards I will not believe it.

Worst hotel experience ever — avoid at all costs! This place is a complete disaster. There were cockroaches in the room — that alone should be enough to walk out. No Wi-Fi on the first floor, no spoons when asked, and the AC sounds like it’s dying — easily the oldest unit in the city. Oh, and there’s no fan either. No coffee powder, no milk powder, nothing that was supposed to be there was actually provided. All of this — for a hefty price. Absolute daylight robbery. Don’t waste your money here. Don’t fall for the “Treebo” brand. Rethink before booking — you’ll regret it.

One of the worst hotels ever in bangalore, i had booked room for my parents by tribo, it was the worst nightmare for my parents, no hot water , no clean rooms , bed bugs and fungus all over in the bathroom, worst tiffin, worst maintainance, totallt no worth the money,it is pathetic that even after telling my mother is ill alot a good room they still gave a worst room, but good that later on request they changed i wanted my refund ,wanted to file complaint but left it ,people please don't visit, location also very inside

The hotel deserves no stars at all except for it's location , the rooms are not maintained at all, service is poor ,the people at reception aren't helpful and friendly at all.
