The hotel is in electronic City phase 1, rooms were clean and good. They provide spacious rooms and the food was not available in the hotel but they are ready to serve if we notify them in advance. You will get breakfast if you opted early for this

Hi all, so I’m writing this review because I’m Pissed Ashamed disrespected humiliated. The incident happened when we had an emergency situation to stay in a hotel during our travel with our four years old daughter. We booked the hotel with Agoda and the confirmation was received. Amount was debited Rs.6900 with Olive Electronic city this is not the first time we had stayed in the hotel and this was not the first time we booked the hotel. Automatic within SECONDS we refresh the page it was cancelled and complete amount was gone and they sure there was a mentioned there was no show immediately we called up the hotel within five minutes of the time and even Agoda and explain the situation. But Mr ROBIN, he promised us that refund will happen within 24 hours even after the weeks. There was no response. When we tried contacting the hotel when we reached he didn’t respond and he denied us to enter the Hotel he said I’ll Booking was not made and we are not allowed here. In spite of having a kid. He had no mercy. Should any empathy towards us. The hotel management manager was not available for the weeks after weeks he says we didn’t respond it was NO SHOW by MR Sachin Sharma. Trust me this isn’t good way for earning money by eating up cash in terms of policy come on it just 2 MITs and it was technically issue . And more over I have send all details of booking calling everything to agoda and olive worst hotel. Be very careful when you’re speak choosing into this hotel Jas they are just money minded not in terms of Service. It’s just a trap to eat up your money in all terms. Don’t go with family or with kids they will try to do what they can to get your money out of your pocket.

Good place to stay. Comfortable spacious room. Location is very good near Infosys. One drawback is they have no restaurant. But they provide good breakfast with extra charges. Staffs behavior is very good. Overall a pleasant stay ìn affordable price.

Had a nice stay. The staffs were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Loved it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Electronics City. Have 2 requests / suggestion. 1. Get lunch and dinner facility in your hotel or a resturant. 2. Balcony on opposite side of present one. ( I know its not a easy, but think about it)

I have done booking on 10 th oct 2024 with your hotel with Agoda portal within second the payment was done and when refresh got canceled same time you can check cancellation date time anything we call up your new joinee Mr robin fake promise and satisfied us with fake time 24 refund same with his manger. Now it’s more tat no one care to return our cash taken it’s rs 6900 how can you mark no show to hotel when hotel guy denied to check up please this is unacceptable how can don’t care booking.com guy are doing better then this service you know we being constantly traveling this is so upsetting and disrespectful taking cash in fake lie of policy . For more details you can connect me informed to robin and miss thamana manger don’t care to resolving being enjoying his vacation unable every single time Still are you going to return my cash or your fake mark penalty and take my RS 6900 You can check our booking date time rest you will find Before going alway get then informed they have no service

Good rooms and good service ....Liked the Hospitality of Staff... Very well maintained and premises are clean.... Just next to Wipro gate bustop, Locality wise it's very good

Very bad hospitality, very very worst stay, unknowledgeable staff, rates are are too high according to the ambiance, opposite to the photos shown online on google, their staff doesn’t know how to talk to their customers, they even didn’t respond to your intercom calls, rooms are worst and their AC’s are not working properly and when i told them about this their staff said us that you don’t know how to start AC, I booked a SUITE ROOM just for one day and I paid 6600/- which was not worth paying, so my personal suggestion to you all if you’re making plan to book this hotel please don’t do that mistake, to be honest their SUITE ROOM looks like normal room, not deluxe just normal room , bedsheets were not tied well. I asked them to change my room their manager also said to change our room but the staff didn’t change the room they said you’re room is fine we can’t change your room

The rooms have a bad odour, the bedding linens are not that clean, the service guys tell it’s washed and cleaned but it doesn’t look like that, it has a yellowish stain in them and looks bad
