The rooms and the hotel had a nice cute boutique feel to it. It felt comfortable. Small adjustments were warranted as the buildings has a confusing sign board on how to enter with a cab, and no instructions are mentioned at the gate about reception etc. It’s only when you reach the lift area you find out about reception. Rooms were clean and maintained well, we had a good time overall.

10 guests of mine stayed there for 2 nights. Everyone is super helpful there. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. I want to specially thank Ajoy, who are helpful and communicative throughout their stay. My guests checked out at 3:40AM, thanks to the chef too, for packing fruits and snacks for the breakfast to go. 5 stars to you guys and thank you for your efforts.

Unfortunately had a bad experience right from allotment of room. The room allotted didn’t match that specified in the voucher and the reason given was that we r overbooked. Nevertheless the biggest problem is placement of food order. Bangalore being a IT hub , everything is on app. And the app failed repeatedly to forward the order to the kitchen. Had to wait for almost a n hour for a cup of coffee and later too for dinner. It required to send screen shot of order placed to manger to expedite the order. It’s better to have In room call service so that we don’t have to wait for technical failures of app to place orders. Also getting connected to Wi-Fi was a task. Diff messages with diff usernames and passwords on mail and sms. I think you guys to need to improve your IT services.

We were searching for the hotel inspite of being inside the premises . Hotel is located in the 2 nd floor onwards . Good display in the ground floor was lacking . Room was above expectation for the price . All amenities for the price were available . Food and service are ok

The mattress is very soft and spongy, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on. I kindly request you to arrange some hard or orthopedic mattresses on demand, so those who are not comfortable can have an alternative.

Cozy place, clean rooms but basin water stinked, bore water. Decent breakfast options. Wifi didn't work.

Not upto the tariff they are charging. The property is nicely setup. Room is good but there are rust and dirt in the bathroom.

Efficient housekeeping Good service n polite staff members. Great menu and convenient App provided. Kudos to sachin the Head , Tamanna and Abdul. Highly recommend
