OYO Hotel Samrudhi Park

I have stayed here for more than two weeks. The rooms are kept clean & serviceable . A lot should not be expected from this place since the rooms are provided at a pretty cheap rate and target audience here are buisness travelers. The food is good . Only thing is the staff is pretty lousy and lot of room service guys do not have a clue of how to serve the customers. If we go to the restaurant/bar , the service is utterly slow and your order is placed after 15 minutes of wait period. ||I think gradually once the staff is more experienced then their service will marginally improve. All in all , quite average experience

The hotel is situated behind the GENPACT building in the Electronic city Phase 1.A bus can be taken from the airport which will drop you close to the hotel.The check-in was smooth, made the payment then and there.The rooms were clean and spacious I stayed in Room no 31.Hot water was available,The parathas in complementary Breakfast were awesome.Two separate cupboards were available. Wifi was available too..but the speed wasn't the best.The hotel has a bar/restaurant on the top floor.. Room service was good too. The experience was nice overall and I would definitely recommend the hotel for short stays.

Not good for family. The location is fine for people visiting electronic city phase I for interviews or other official works in nearby companies (obviously for people with budget constraints). Complementary Breakfast/tea are not so good. The hotel has a bar at the top floor. Rooms are not clean and cockroaches can be seen around. Bathroom were untidy, and have torn towels. Overall bad choice.

Look wise it is average but wallet wise really nice. Tasty food and all the drinks are available. Service person are friendly if you go twice the will recognize you and without asking they will bring your brand. I love two person "Bhikku" and "Mamu". There is big projector to watch cricket and songs. Sitting arrangements also good . They have two bar one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Calm and dark place to sit with friends. Now there are going to provide on MRP. It will awesome to visit there.

Tap house-- I do not recommend this place for a evening get together. I sat on the ground floor because one of my team mate wanted to sit, since the GF has a large screen to watch the Cricket match. The Ambiance is below average. The food quality and service is not good to mention. An average outlet!!!

Absolutely horrible and worst right from management, rooms & there services. Basic amenities were not in place. Foul smell persists in the room. Continious leakage from geyser. Flush and tap were not working properly. Room service was nil inspite of repeated intimation. One of the worst stay and experience in this hotel. Not recomending to any one.

Location wise good. From electronic city circle via auto it'll take 5 minutes. But room was not in so much good condition, and they are also accepting it. Shower not working , Commode flash not working . Basic things are not there. But you can have delicious foods near the hotel . For budget hotel it can go....

Located at a very remote place very far from the main road. We went by cab and even the driver was not able to locate it easily. The hotel should be booked at a very cheap rate because it seems like a very old hotel with very old infrastructure. The rooms are clean but the washrooms are not so clean. Our washroom had water leakage and the camod was looking dirty because it was very old and has became discoloured. Overall a cheap place to spend a night in urgent need
