Hotel O Ginger Suites

Sharing my review upon safety only. We booked hotel for a day. Midnight between 3 to 3:30am. Someone was forcibly trying to open the door twice they did that..luckily we got up by that time as my toddler cried otherwise we couldn't get to know too..very smartly he was trying. We really got sacred coz we were there with our lil son. There could chances that someone may mistakenly try to open the wrong room but twice he did that after gap of 5 to 10 mins..he was not going away too standing at the door only. Someone fair would ring the door bell or atleast say something. We called at the reception nobody picked our call. Then anyway my husband partially opend the door and asked what happened he replied nothing we immediately closed the door & he went away outside the hotel...we saw him going outside through window. He was wearing all black very very strange thing happened with us in this hotel. Morning when we asked they said we don't have cctv.. We couldn't do much also as we were relocating to different city that's why we stayed there just for one night as our stuff had already gone and we had to reach there by the time. Can't say exactly what happened & what was his intention. But something very fishy by which God saved us. Please be Careful guys. And requesting the hotel management to look after the safety of your guest.

Room are good but ....no hot water in bathroom.....no gesture, no hot water for bath

Property was excellent. We were in 3 bed room. Spacious and comfortable. Only issue was during check-in. OYO has paid very less to the property against charged to us. Hence check-in not allowed. However with much difficulty OYO customer service representative updated rate and enable check in. OYO need to update and give proper rates to customer and property owners.

Rooms were okay, floor was dirty and sticky. The bed sheets were stained, towels were stained and disgusting, the bathroom was terrible. Entire stay the bathroom was stinking or urine, i felt like puking whenever i entered the bathroom. The shower was completely rusted and disgusting. The hot water missed mixer we broken, no hot water. I had to take bath in cold water. The reception staff was very rude and impolite. He kept asking unnecessary questions. I would rather sleep on roadside than ever book a room here, ever again. Piss smell everywhere, train toilet is better than this bathroom.

It's good hotel. Prices are low. You can get hotel room for 1000 rs per night. Cleaning and staff employee are nice. Even you can give your clothes to wash. They charge 30rs for cleaning and ironing per clothes. Complementary breakfast is very good. You get idli dosa vada pongal kaara rice . It's tasty. And it's near to electronic city IT companies. It's good hotel to stay. The dish TV is not working for all channels. So one advise to hotel kindly recharge which includes all the channels. People can come to stay here from any place of India. Few major hindi and news channels can not see because of dish recharge. One last suggestion provide very fast wifi net service in the hotel.

The staff was good at the time of check-in but at the end of our stay they were so rude. I had a leg injury and couldn't walk still the receptionist had the nerve to tell me to go get the breakfast myself. Some serious lack of professionalism. I'm never going back there again. There are actually pretty good hotels nearby I'll advise you to check them out .

TV channels are not coming. Only free channel are there. If we complain they will it's hathway problem. If u want any service like water u have to pay first for that then they will give u. They will not add in bill during leaving. Food also u can't get to ur room. Staff is very rude.. 2 star I gave just because of room and cleaniness

Nice place to stay in electronic city Bangalore... oyo offers great deals.. rooms are spacious and clean.. receptionist and workers are kind and well mannered.. food is available at ground floor and marks the distinguished taste of A2B (had both self service and fine dining mode)... overall stay was comfortable and worth of money ..
