Arafa inn, we stayed here. Our experience was very good. The location is perfect. It connects every place and the breakfast here is awesome, room service is good and the staff is very polite and good and the receptionist is also very helpful, room big n clean. Hot water dental kit shampoos everything is there like 5 star We booked online n awesome experience ❤️

The cleanliness and facilities of the property were disappointing. The bathroom had hot water, but the temperature could not be adjusted, making it uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, with a particularly dirty shower curtain and toilet. The towels provided were also not clean. The room itself was dusty, which caused me to feel unwell during my stay. Basic amenities such as an iron and ironing board were not available in the room. On the positive side, the location was convenient for shopping, and the staff, especially the room attendants, were kind and helpful.

I recently stayed at Arafa Inn Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel's prominent location made it easy to access bus, railway, and metro connections. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were able to store our luggage there even after checkout at 11 o'clock in the morning and collected it after 7 in the evening. The front desk person was especially nice, welcoming us warmly even after we had checked out. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Worst hotel in Bangalore. They do not accept local I'd bring in the centre of the city 😂 Won't check your in no matter how late at night and unsafe for women, won't cancel from their end, will say pls cancel from Booking platform and we will give you full refund but they will not cancel and run with your money. I booked from goibibo and raised a request as asked, it was past 12 am in the night. I was told the hotel has not responded to their emails. After 2 weeks of following up as well, there is no response.
