Had a really comfortable stay at Kalyan Suites. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Not sure why some people complain about the staff and manager, but they treated us very kindly. I needed 3 extra hours, and though the manager initially said no, he later agreed. I really liked how gently they treat their guests with kindness. Definitely a great choice if you're visiting Gandhinagar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms have a cozy feel, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind. The location is quiet yet well-connected, so getting around was no trouble. The overall vibe of the place is calm and relaxing, making it a great spot to recharge. Would love to stay again!

Terrible Experience – Hidden Charges and Rude Staff We had the worst experience at Hotel Kalyan Suites. We checked in at 7 AM and clearly informed the staff that we would check out at 10 AM the next day. They agreed without mentioning any extra charges. However, at the time of checkout, the manager and staff behaved rudely and demanded additional payment for extra hours, which was never mentioned earlier. Such unethical practices and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable. We strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and not book rooms here.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kalyan Suite, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, with excellent hygiene standards, which made my stay comfortable. The front office team was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my time there. Unfortunately, I did forget my bag after checking out, but I'm confident the hotel staff will assist me in retrieving it soon. If you're looking for a well-maintained hotel with friendly service, I highly recommend Hotel Kalyan Suite!

I do not recommend this hotel. The reception manager’s behavior was unprofessional, and they did not provide clear details about the 24-hour room policy. They charged extra without informing us in advance. Additionally, they failed to provide basic necessities like water, claiming they would only do so if specifically requested. Poor service overall—avoid this hotel. I didn’t expect from kalyan Raman hotels like this.

We had a terrible experience at Hotel Kalyan Suites. When we check the hotel at 8 AM,We check out at 10 AM the next day. However, they failed to mention that staying beyond 24 hours would incur extra charges. At checkout, the manager and staff were rude and unexpectedly demanded additional payment for the extra hours. This lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior was disappointing. I do not recommend booking Kalyan Suites. We never expected such poor service from Kalyan Raman Hotel.
